Public Notice of Adoption of Plan Changes to the Rodney District Plan 2000 – Operative in part
The following Plan Changes were approved by Council Resolution passed at its meeting held on 13 August 2009, in accordance with clauses 17 and 20 of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991:
- Plan Change (formerly Variation) 58 – Integrated Residential Developments and High Intensity Residential Rules
- Plan Change (formerly Variation) 60 – Township Policy Areas
- Plan Change (formerly Variation) 66 – Changes to Residential zones relating to activities on Reserves
- Plan Change (formerly Variation) 120 – Temporary Signs.
The Council has resolved that the above plan changes shall be operative from 1 September 2009.
