If you wish to make a submission on any or all of the Notice of Requirement, you may do so by sending a written submission to the Applicant at their address for service and a copy of your submission should be addressed to the Team Leader Resource Consents, Rodney District Council, Private Bag 500, Orewa and arrive no later than 4pm, 5 December 2008. The submission must be dated and signed by you, and include the following information.

1. Your name, address and telephone number
2. The address to which you wish the Council to send any correspondence
3. Details of the Notice of Requirement in respect of which the submission is made, including location
4. Whether you support or oppose the Notice of Requirement in whole or part
5. The reason for your submission
6. The recommendations/decision you wish the Council to make
7. Whether you wish to be heard in support of your submission.

General:

The full Notice of Requirement to alter the existing designations and accompanying information may be viewed at the Council’s offices at Centreway Road Orewa; at Baxter Street Warkworth, State Highway 16 Huapai and Commercial Road Helensville; any time the above places are open to the public.

Submissions close 4pm, 5 December 2008.
