General Bylaw 1998
At its meeting on 5 November 2009 the Council confirmed the resolutions to make changes to General Bylaw 1998 as follows;
Chapter 16 – Liquor Bans
The reviewed Chapter 16 is confirmed with the addition of the following two new specific public places:
i) The Old Cement Works and Wilson Road Warkworth – 24 hours each day throughout the year
ii) Lake Tomarata, Mangawhai – 6pm to 6am each day throughout the year.
That Chapter 16 – Liquor Bans become operative on 9 December 2009.
Chapter 25 – Parking and Traffic Control
That Chapter 25 – Parking and Traffic Control be amended at clause 21.1 – Schedule 2 to exclude heavy vehicles from Grand Drive Orewa between the hours of 7pm to 7am each day throughout the year.
That this amendment become operative after 12 November 2009.
