A meeting of the Sub-Contracts Committee of the Infrastructure and Environment Committee took place in the Council Chamber, Centreway Road, Orewa, at 12.45pm on Wednesday, 28 January 2009 at which Watts and Hughes Construction Limited was awarded Contract 0816 - Northern Animal Shelter, Silverdale.
