Notice of Decision made on Submissions to Plan Change 105 And Variation 62 (Te Arai Special Zone) to the Rodney District Plans.
The Rodney District Council hereby gives notice that on Wednesday 2 July 2009 it made a decision to adopt the recommendations of Independent Commissioners on submissions to the above Private Plan Change which sought a special zone at Te Arai.
The decision declined the Plan Change proposal. A copy of the decision report has been served on the submitters concerned.
