An emergency meeting of the District Plan and Regulatory Committee took place on Wednesday 1 April at 3.30pm at which an Independent Commissioner was authorised to sign a notification decision for a proposed supermarket in Warkworth. It was not possible to advertise the meeting ahead of time due to media deadlines.
