Notice is hereby given pursuant to S.54 of the Reserves Act 1977 that Rodney District Council intends to grant a Licence to Kensington Park Holdings Limited to construct a deck over part of the recreation reserve (Lot 1 DP404630).
The term of the Licence is for 3+3+3 years, and will enable the adjacent café to build an outdoor seating area on the reserve, occupying an area of approximately 78m².
Any person wishing to object to this proposal shall forward such objection in writing to Manager Property Assets & Programmes, Rodney District Council, Private Bag 500, Orewa to be received no later than 4pm on Friday 4 June 2010.
