During May Rodney District Council is holding a series of open days to talk to Kumeu and Huapai residents about how their towns could develop in the future. The open days are being held at the following times:
Saturday 16th May, 1-3pm, Kumeu Hall (Small Hall)
Wednesday 20th May, 7-9pm, Kumeu Masonic Lodge
Sunday 24th May, 1-3pm, Kumeu Hall (Small Hall)
The open days will discuss possible changes to planning rules to allow new industrial, commercial and residential land to be developed. Comments on the proposals can be submitted online and must be returned by 5 June 2009. For more information about the open days and the consultation, click here.
