Notice of Decisions made on Submissions to Private Plan Change 107 to the Operative District Plan 1993 and Variation 89 to the proposed Rodney District Plan 2000 – Genesis Energy ltd.
The Rodney District Council hereby gives notice that on the 26 March 2009 it made decisions on submissions to the above Plan Change and Variation to the Rodney District Plans. The decision was made by independent commissioners appointed to hear and decide the applications.
Also included is the decision on the two resource consent applications made to Rodney District Council relating to the Power Station. A copy of the decision notices has been served on the submitters concerned.
