An Extraordinary meeting of the Rodney District Council took place on Thursday, 19 November at 11.31am at which the Mayor and Deputy Mayor were delegated authority to sign off the Council’s submission to the Auckland Transition Agency’s Discussion Document.
This meeting was called at short notice as no others were planned before the submission closing date of 26 November 2009.
