Notice of Impounding and proposed sale of Impounded Stock
The Impounding act 1955, Section 46(2)
The following stock have been seized and impounded at Bawden Road, Dairy Flat, (temporary pound).
Description of Stock:
- Two Friesian steers (one with an ear tag)
- One red steer (possibly Devon)
Notice is now given that unless the above cattle are claimed by their owner(s), and all charges paid, the animals will be sold by public auction – under the provisions of the Impounding Act 1955 – at 12 Noon on Monday 2 August 2010 at the Kumeu Saleyards.
