Committee Meetings:
The Infrastructure and Environment Committee will meet on Thursday, 23 April.
An Extraordinary Council meeting will take place on Tuesday, 14 April commencing at 11.00am for the purpose of adopting the Draft Pay and Display Parking Bylaw and consideration of a confidential property issue.
An additional meeting of the Strategy and Community Committee will take place on Tuesday, 7 April commencing at 9.30am (if required) in the Waimauku Hall, 24 Waimauku Station Road, for the purpose of hearing submissions to the Waimauku Structure Plan.
An additional meeting for the Strategy and Community Committee will take place on Thursday, 30 April for the purpose of hearing submissions to the Orewa Beach Reserve Management Plan.
The District Plan and Regulatory Committee will meet on the following Wednesdays (if required): 8 and 22 April.
The Resource Consents Hearings Panel will meet on the following Mondays (if required): 6, 20 and 27 April, and the following Fridays (if required): 3, 17 and 24 April.
Venues/Times: Unless otherwise specified, all Council and Committee meetings will take place in the Council Chambers, Centreway Road, Orewa, and commence at 9am.
The Liquor Licensing Sub-Committee meets Wednesday (if required) at 8am at the Council’s Head Office, Centreway Road, Orewa.
Council and Committee agendas are open to public inspection at the Council Offices, Centreway Road, Orewa, at the Service Centre at Helensville, and at the public libraries in Orewa, Whangaparaoa, Warkworth, Wellsford, Mahurangi East and Huapai.
