Notice is hereby given that the Inaugural Public Meeting of the Rautawhiri Park Advisory Committee will take place on Thursday, 19 March at 7.30pm. The following business will be conducted at the meeting:
1. Decide on the number of committee members (not less than five nor more than ten).
2. Election of committee members.
3. Set a date for the first committee meeting.
4. General business.
As attendance at this meeting reflects the community’s interest in its local amenities, it is hoped that as many people as possible will attend.
