Council Meetings
The Council will meet on Thursday, 21 May 2009.
Extraordinary Council Meetings to hear submissions to the Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) will take place as follows:
- Monday, 18 May in the Kumeu Community Centre, Access Road, Kumeu (Western Ward Submissions).
- Tuesday, 19 May in the Council Chamber, Centreway Road, Orewa (Hibiscus Coast Submissions).
- Wednesday, 20 May in the Council Chamber, Centreway Road, Orewa (District-wide and Central Ward Submissions).
- Friday, 22 May in the Catholic Church Hall, 6 Alnwick Street, Warkworth (Northern Ward Submissions).
Extraordinary Meetings to deliberate on submissions received to the Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) will take place on Monday-Friday 25-29 May (Note: All five days may not be required).
Committee Meetings
The Strategy and Community Committee will meet on Thursday, 7 May.
The District Plan and Regulatory Committee will meet on Wednesday, 6 May (if required).
The Resource Consents Hearings Panel will meet on the following Mondays (if required): 4 and 11 May, and the following Fridays (if required): 1, 8, and 15 May.
Venues/Times: Unless otherwise specified, all Council and Committee meetings will take place in the Council Chambers, Centreway Road, Orewa, and commence at 9am.
The Liquor Licensing Sub-Committee meets each Wednesday (if required), at 8am at the Council’s Head Office, Centreway Road, Orewa.
Council and Committee agendas are open to public inspection at the Council Offices, Centreway Road, Orewa, at the Service Centre at Helensville, and at the public libraries in Orewa, Whangaparaoa, Warkworth, Wellsford, Mahurangi East and Huapai.

A reasonable number of agendas are available at the meetings and members of the public are invited to attend.
