General Bylaw 1998 - Chapter 20 Wastewater DrainageThe Council has confirmed the inclusion of delineated areas of Huapai-Kumeu and Riverhead as proposed pressure wastewater collection areas under Schedule 12 Chapter 20 Wastewater Drainage Bylaw.

Parking and Traffic Control BylawAt an Extraordinary Meeting on 18 June 2009 the Council confirmed a new Chapter 25-Parking and Traffic Control Bylaw.

Speed Dispensation - Offshore Power Boat RaceSpeed Dispensation has been granted to the New Zealand Offshore Powerboat Association to exceed the speed of 5 knots within 200 metres of the shore or 50 metres of another vessel for the purpose of Powerboat Racing on Saturday 2 May 2009.

Statement of Proposal for Parking and Traffic Control BylawTo make a new Chapter 25 – Parking and Traffic Control and as a consequence revoke certain parts of Chapter 8 – Public Places and Chapter 9 – Road Traffic and Numbering of Premises. Submissions should be received by no later than 4.00 pm on 18 May 2009.

New Liquor Bans Take EffectThe Council at its Meeting on 27 November 2008 confirmed a resolution to introduce a ban on the carriage or consumption of alcoholic liquor in the following specified public places:

Road Speed Limits BylawThe Council at its meeting on 6 November 2008 confirmed the amendments to Chapter 18 Road Speed Limits Bylaw.

RDC General Bylaw ProposalThe Council at its meeting on 6 November 2008 confirmed an amendment to Chapter 18 Road Speed Limits Bylaw setting speed limits in the intertidal area of Muriwai- Te Oneone Rangatira Beaches, South Kaipara Pensinsula.-

General Bylaw - Liquor Ban ProposalThe Council at its meeting on 6 November 2008 resolved under section 10, of Chapter 16, Liquor Ban Bylaw, to introduce a liquor ban at Te Arai Beach, Helensville central business district and Parakai.

Rodney District General BylawThe RDC has been reviewing the General Bylaw 1998 and in the course of the review exercise six chapters have been revoked, 14 reviewed and retained and 10 new bylaws have been made.

Road Speed Limits – Muriwai-Te Oneone Rangatira BeachThe Council at its Meeting on 28 August 2008 resolved by way of amendment the Bylaw to adopt interim speed limits for the inter tidal area of Muriwai-Te Oneone Rangatira Beach, South Kaipara Peninsula.
