Proposal to Close Hibiscus Coast Highway (State Highway 1) for The Orewa Beach Boulevard Festival Event:
Pursuant to the 10th Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is given that the Rodney District Council proposes to close the following road to ordinary vehicular traffic, for the purpose of The Orewa Beach Boulevard Festival Event:
Road proposed to be closed: Hibiscus Coast Highway, (State Highway 1) from Riverside Road to Florence Avenue and adjoining Roads, Tamariki Avenue, Moenui Avenue and Moana Avenue.
Period of proposed closure: Saturday, 13 February 2010, 7:00am to 7:00pm
During the proposed period of road closure detour routes will be in place. Any further information can be obtained from the Rodney District Councils Events Administrator.
