Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 54(1)(c) of the Reserves Act 1977 that Rodney District Council intends to pass a resolution to grant the Hibiscus Sea Rescue Trust a Deed of Lease for a term of 10 years, with a right of renewal for a further 10 years expiring on 30 April 2020 for its proposed building on Stanmore Bay Reserve.
The Lease area forms part of the Stanmore Bay Reserve situated on Brightside Road Stanmore Bay (lot 12 DP64710). The building will be used to house their sea rescue boat.

Any person wishing to object to this proposal shall forward such objection in writing to the Property Transactions Officer, Rodney District Council, Private Bag 500, Orewa to be received no later than 4pm on Friday, 5 March 2010.
Any person making a written submission should also state whether they wish to be heard in person.
