Description of Proposal
Erection of nine floodlight towers and associated floodlights to replace the existing floodlights. Six poles will be erected adjacent to the number 1 rugby ground (15m in height), and three poles will be erected within the practice area (12.5m in height)

(e) The decision you wish the Council to make.
