The Rodney District Council has received an application for Resource
Consent as listed below:
Description of Proposal
Consent is required for the following activities:
1. The construction of a church (place of assembly), as a Discretionary Activity.
2. Earthworks of approximately 20,830m³, consisting of 11,400m³ cut and
9,430m³ of fill over an area of 14,440m², as a Discretionary Activity.
The above mentioned consents are required to enable the construction of a 400 seat capacity church and ancillary activity building with associated vehicle access, car parking areas and outdoor seating.

(b) Details of the application in respect of which the submission is being made, including location.
(c) Whether you support or oppose the application, in whole or in part.
(d) Reasons for your submission.
(e) The decision you wish the Council to make.
(f) Whether you wish to be heard in support of the submission.
