The Rodney District Council hereby gives notice that on the 22 October 2008 it made decisions on submissions and further submissions to the above Proposed Plan Change and Variation which introduces a Special 28 (Kelly Park Film Village) zone to land at 909 Haruru Road in Wainui previously zoned, General Rural. A copy of the decision report has been served on all submitters and further submitters.
