Summary of Decisions Requested in Submissions to Proposed Variation 126 to the Proposed District Plan 2000 – Road Frontage Notation
This Variation proposes to alter Planning Map 75 of the Proposed District Plan.
The Proposed Variation was publicly notified on 10 July 2008, with the period for receipt of submissions closing on 11 August 2008.
The Council has received submissions to the above mentioned Proposed Variation.
A summary of the decisions requested in these submissions is now available for public inspection at the Council’s offices at 50 Centreway Road, Orewa; Baxter Street, Warkworth; State Highway 16, Huapai; and Commercial Road, Helensville; and at all public libraries in Rodney District at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Any person may make a further submission in support of, or in opposition to, any of the submissions made.
Further submission forms (Form 6) are available at each of the Council’s offices or on the website. Further submissions must be lodged at an office of the Council not later than Friday, 19 September 2008.
