Notice is hereby given that subject Paragraph 3.9 of the Auckland Regional Council Navigation Safety Bylaw a Speed Dispensation has been granted to the Thundercat Racing Association of NZ to exceed the speed of 5 knots within 200 metres of the shore and 50 metres of another vessel for the purpose of Thundercat Racing. This Dispensation applies between the hours of 0800 and 1700 on Sunday 22 November 2009.
