Notice is hereby given that subject to Paragraph 3.9 of the Auckland Regional Council Navigation Safety Bylaw a Speed Dispensation has been given to the Thundercat Racing Assn. of New Zealand to exceed the speed of 5 knots within 200 metres of the shore and 50 metres of another vessel for the purpose of Thundercat Racing. This Dispensation applies between the hours of 0800 and 1600 on Saturday 12 Sepember. Mariners and other water users are reminded to keep well clear of the racing activities.
