Rodney residents are being encouraged to dust of their walking shoes next Wednesday 10 March and make their way down to Orewa Reserve for a free cup of coffee and breakfast as part of Walk2Work Day.
Walk2Work Day is part of a Living Streets campaign to encourage people to walk more in their daily lives.
The first 200 people who walk to work that day and attend the breakfast will receive free coffee and a breakfast.
Plus everyone who attends will go into the draw to win some great prizes!
So what better way to start the day then an enjoyable walk along the beach front and fresh coffee and breakfast?
