At its meeting on 2 July 2009 the Rodney District Council resolved to adopt the recommendations of the Independent Commissioners who heard submissions to the Private Plan Change 105 to the Rodney Operative District Plan 1993 and associated Variation 62 to the Proposed Rodney District Plan 2000. The decision was to decline the Private Plan Change and withdraw the associated Proposed Variation 62.
Pursuant to cl. 8D of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991 notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of Proposed Variation 62 (Te Arai Special Zone). The Proposed Variation is withdrawn as a consequence of the decision on submissions to the associated Private Plan Change 105 for the reasons set out in that Decision Report.
