Last Day for Dog Registration Discount – Tuesday 1 September 2009
Dog Registration for the period 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010 is due. Applications to Register were mailed to all known Dog Owners on 2 July 2009.
If your dog does not have a new red registration tag, and you haven’t already made payment and sent in your application form, it should be registered now!
To receive a discount, an application together with the appropriate fee, must be made by Tuesday 1 September 2009.
You must do this by:

Visiting the Orewa Office or your local Customer Centre at Helensville, Huapai, Whangaparaoa Library or Warkworth by the end of business on Tuesday 1September 2009. Payment options are cash, cheque or eftpos or

Forwarding the application form and a cheque by mail to Rodney District Council, Private Bag 500, Orewa, postmarked no later than Tuesday 1 September 2009, or

Internet Banking – direct credit to BNZ Orewa 020390000 006. Use your dog’s ID and owner’s name as references. Please also complete sign and mail the application form to Rodney District Council, Private Bag 500, Orewa, postmarked no later than Tuesday 1 September 2009.

Please remember to provide all the information required, including your date of birth, your dog’s name, age, breed and colour and to complete and sign the declaration on the form. This information is required by law.
