Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977 that Rodney District Council intends to pass a resolution to revoke the reserve status from the Local Purpose (Access-way) Reserve described as Lot 122 DP 194068, CFR 122D/160 comprising 48m² and situated between the two residential properties at 47 and 49 Cabeleigh Drive, Helensville. The ownership of the Access-way land will then be transferred to the adjoining property owner.
The Council considers the above Access-way is a safety issue, and is no longer required by the Council or Kaipara College.
A plan showing the Access-way can be obtained from the Rodney District Council Offices, 50 Centreway Road, Orewa, and 49 Commercial Road, Helensville telephone 0800 426 5169.
Any person wishing to object to this proposal shall forward such objection in writing to; Chief Executive, Rodney District Council, Private Bag 500, Orewa, to be received no later than 4pm on Monday 21 September 2009. Any person lodging an objection should also state whether they wish to be heard in person.
