The Rodney District has almost 800 parks and reserves that are well used by community groups and for social functions throughout the district.

Muriwai, Shakespear, Wenderholm, Mahurangi and Tawharanui are Regional Parks looked after by the Auckland Regional Council. Please contact the ARC.

Alternatively the local Visitor Information Centres can provide information including brochures and maps on the many parks, reserve and beaches in our District and the activities, walking tracks and facilities in each.
