Woodcocks Rd Residential Subdivision - RMA 55537

The Council has received an application for Resource consent for a proposed 66 lot residential subdivision within the Future Urban Zone at Woodcocks Road, Warkworth. 

The application consists of 33 medium intensity sized lots, 33 high intensity sized lots and earthworks amounting to 44500m³ with a balance of cut to fill.  Consent is also sought for a boundary relocation with Lot 1 DP 313511.
