The aim of the Warkworth town centre upgrade is to create an environment that enhances the character of the town centre for the benefit and enjoyment of the community and visitors.
Construction has now started.
The upgrade will include:
- improving public space in the town centre
- creating a central town square
- developing connections within the town centre and
- enhancing the river edge
