Orewa East Structure Plan

This document summarises the outcome of a process to prepare a Structure Plan for Orewa. 

It builds upon and consolidates at least 9 years of work attempting to produce a vision for the future of Orewa. 

The area covered by the Structure Plan includes the flat areas (bridge to bridge) of Orewa subject to the recent Orewa Community Masterplan process.

The Orewa East Structure Plan was adopted November 2007.
