Whangaparaoa Structure Plan

This report reviews the industrial land needs at Whangaparaoa in terms of future land requirements. It goes on to consider the appropriateness of a medium to high residential intensity on land not needed for industrial activities. Finally a Structure Plan is produced outlining the preferred form of development for the whole area.

The Whangaparaoa Structure Plan is dated September 1995.
