The Kaukapakapa Structure Plan is a community driven process designed to ensure that Kaukapakapa’s future is well planned, and reflects the community’s vision and values.
The Plan identifies improvements to streets, public spaces and walking routes within Wellsford that could be made. It suggests landscape improvements to they key approaches to the town and key internal roads.
Council is currently preparing stage 1 of the Silverdale West Structure Plan. The structure plan aims to investigate the feasibility of the provision of land for business development.
