Helensville Catchment Management Plan

The purpose of the Helensville Catchment Management Plan identifies the policies, rules, methods and guidelines for managing stormwater issues within the network servicing the Helensville urban area.  It includes a review of the stormwater issues that apply to the catchment, and identifies objectives for future stormwater management.
