Under the Rodney Waste Bylaw 2005, any person involved commercially with the collection, transportation or disposal of waste must obtain a licence to do so within Rodney District. Also, any person involved in the operation of a Waste Management Facility must obtain a licence to do so.
Any licensed waste operator or facility must also provide monthly tonnage reports to Council.
