Proposed Plan Change 158 - Introduction Of A Special 31 (Kensington Park) Zone

The Council has received a Private Plan Change request to apply a new Special Zone (Special Zone 31 (Kensington Park) Zone) to replace the existing zoning of the subject land at 290 Centreway Road at the northern end of Orewa.
