Abandoned Cars

vehicles are abandoned. (A vehicle,
which could be a car, trailer etc) can
be regarded abandoned if:

  • It is parked on a public roadway and
  • It has been there for an uncommon length of time, and the owner cannot be found, and/or
  • It is unroadworthy.
