Trade Waste

Following consultation with local industries, and a submissions process, the Council, adopted the Rodney District Trade Waste Bylaw 2004, in August 2004 pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Act 2002. The purpose of the Bylaw is to manage liquid trade waste discharged into any Council wastewater or storm water system.
