Meetings of the Council, Strategy & Community, Infrastructure & Environment Committee take place on a 6-weekly meeting cycle.
These meetings are held on Thursdays with the exception of the District Plan & Regulatory Committee which meets on alternate Wednesdays and the Resource Consents Hearings Panel meets weekly on Mondays and on Fridays (when required).

All meetings commence at 9.00 a.m. Unless otherwise notified.
Meeting venues
Meetings are normally held in the Council Chambers, Centreway Road, Orewa, except for the Finance & Audit Committee, which will meet in the Committee Room, Centreway Road, Orewa.
