    Councillors and Mayor

Rodney District's Council consists of 12 Councillors and the Mayor Penny Webster. These people are the primary link between the Council organisation and the community it represents. Councillors make policy for the Council, that is, they decide what activities Council should be undertaking and how these should be funded.
