Building Consent Application Pack

In order to help applicants provide the right information and ensure efficient processing of consents, Rodney District Council has designed a Building Consent Application Pack. The Pack contains checklists and information to help you compile your application and provide Rodney District Council with all the relevant details for processing.

Incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant, so it is important that you read the information provided carefully and make full use of the checklists provided.

 Please select the relevant checklist below for your application.  Council requires three (3) copies for commercial and multi-unit residential applications and two (2) copies for other types of building consent applications.
 
      Commercial and Multi-Unit Residential Building Consent Minimum Requirements

 Includes multi-unit dwelling, communal residential, communal non-residential, commercial and industrial i.e. apartments, hotel, motel, retirement village, hospital, prison, church, cinema, hall, college, day care, shop fit out, restaurant, bank, coffee bar, library, factory, power station, warehouse etc.		 (53k)
