A LIM is a report prepared by the Council at your request. It provides a copy of the information that the Council holds on a property including the land and any buildings.
If you are considering purchasing a property in the Rodney District, it is recommended that you obtain a LIM before finalising the purchase.
You will need to obtain an application form from the Council. You will need to make sure you provide all of the information requested.
