Warkworth Show Grounds Reserve

Warkworth Show Grounds Reserve is located on the outskirts of Warkworth within the Northern Ward. The Reserve is on the eastern side of State Highway 1 just north of the Warkworth Township.

Also addressed in the Reserve Management Plan is the adjoining site to the south previously known as the Atlas Concrete site (Atlas site), which was purchased by the Council in February 2004.
 

Development programme

Stage 1: Construction of #1 Rugby Field 2004–2006

Stage 2: Construction of future field platforms in equestrian area 2005–2007

Stage 3: Construction of Rugby fields #2 and #3 2008/2009

Further stages will be confirmed through the Long Term Plan process.
 

Reserve management plan

The Warkworth Show Grounds Reserve Management Plan was adopted in June 2004.
